Sperm can last out of the male for i believe 24 hours or more.

Do yourself and wallet a favor...

Give her a fat facial, throw em in the shower wait in front of the TV for pizza and beer. Done.

Really, it's not a simple case of a man suing because his woman wasn't being careful. IF you'd actually read the article, you'd see that they had an affair, involving supposedly only oral sex, which does not cause pregnancy except in the rare case that the woman sticks her finger in her mouth and *********** with it afterward. The guy had every reason to believe he wasn't going to be the father of a ******* child, it's tantamount to her poking holes in the condom, or purposely skipping her pack of pills that month.

Women's rights shouldn't mean men's slavery. That's just setting us back in the opposite direction when we should be moving forward.

There's a bigger issue here. He should be able to sue her for stealing his genetic material. Not for stealing the sperm itself, but stealing his genes in a deliberate plan to use them in conjunction with her own.

It's worse than having someone clone you illegally. Not only did she steal his genetic material, she combined it with that of another person without his knowledge or consent.

I'd seriously ask the state to terminate the child. What if he didn't WANT to leave a genetic footprint on the world? Now that's been ruined.

Thats a really good point. Recently the supreme court ruled that a person's Gnetic material is considered to have an understood copyright (or something along those lines). So she could be considered to have committed a copyright violation if you wanted to stretch it.

Or else we could just say that she committed intellectual property rights theft and sick the RIAA on her. That'll show her to steal his scum guppies!
