I'll be the first to admit that I am no expert when it comes to a game of poker. Lately I have been playing alot of poker, our school basketball classic has been on the last few days so I have been playing at home and at school. This past week my luck has been quite great, flushes, fullhouses, straits and a bunch of two pair. I got semi-cocky and decided to play with the "Big boys" down at the casino.(Fake ID of age 18 in Canada)

So the buy in is practically all my money I can find, 500 bucks. I start off conservative and play to my strenghts. I end up winning a couple nice pots to bring my total to a hefty 798 bucks. Time to cash out right? Well with another friend at the table who had around 60 bucks left convinced me to stay until he was out. About an hour passes and he has 211 bucks and I haven't played more than two hands. I think my chipcount was around 745 bucks.

So here comes the hand of the night. Button hits me as dealer. Raising, re-raising before it even got to me. I see an As Ks, one of the best starting hands. I decided to play aggressive and went raised 400 dollars. Trying to buy but at least take some out of this massive pot. My friend goes all in, as does 4 others and the other two call. Flop shows a Ah, Kh and 7h. I look at my instant two pair and feel pretty comfortable. Bets come around and I raise all-in, one other player (Chip leader) calls. Everyone is all-in except one so we show our cards. Three of the all-in pre-flop players have low pocket pair including my friend. One player that only had a small amount of chips had a 2 8 offsuite, playing the odds that is one of the worst possible hands.

The only player I am slighty worried about was the one who covers my chip count. He shows pocket 7's and I think my heart stopped for about 15 seconds. The turn comes and it's a Kc and gives me a fullhouse. So on the river a dead card comes (3c). The frustration shows on the face of my considerably older victims. When it was all said and done I was walking away with 2857 Canadian buck'a-roos. But apparently one of the other players wasn't satisfied with my departure. It was like he knew I wasn't eighteen and he made threats to me. My friend, the driver was picking up the car. Now I was slightly scared for my life, this guy looked as if he meant buisness. The car pulls up and I dashed for the passenger door and as I closed the door the man threw a fucking knife at the car. It bounced off dismally as you would think this kind of knife would. We were just hoping this guy wouldn't follow us and we drove about 50 km's over the spead limit . And wouldn't you know it, the cops pulled us over. We couldn't explain that we were illegally gambling and some guy tried to act violently about the situation.

He searched the car and me, when he found the cash he obviously questioned us. I told him we were coming back from looking at cars and I was going to make a cash deposit. He must have not been the smartest tool in the shed because he let me off and told me to walk home, plus he was a cop. My friend was handcuffed and has a court appearence in a few months, his lisence is suspended until further notice. I was fairly releaved and I don't think I'll be going back to that casino for a couple of years.

And that was my dream...

Just kidding, it truly did happen. Oh, and I drank the night away and I have a mad hangover right now.

Street craps is a better time/income ratio game. More hands + less time = $$$

Poker is too chatty for me.

The least you could do is pay your friend's fine.

Isn't that like 10 dollars American?

It used to be. Then Bush was elected.

Now I think it comes out to about 3000 American.

shhh. Quiet down sweetheart. Just because I realize that everything coming out of your mouth (besides my cock, which is usually cuming in your mouth) is a lie to try and raise your pathetically low self esteem, doesn't mean you need to use that kind of potty talk. BTW champ, how's your boyscout project coming along, you know, the one with the little car? Did daddy Smash ever build it for you?

I got 100% on it. Thanks for asking.

Goose and Nonlinear seem to have the Valentines spirit down pat!

It may be time for you two to get a room, though. It's getting embarassing to watch...

Kind of makes me wonder...

Was the guy pissed because he thought you were under aged?

Or was he pissed because you went all in with two pair when their was a flush draw on the table?

Makes a guy wonder....

For the record..

You have NO business being in a casino if you are underage.

Even so...congratulations on your winnings.
