devistating turn of events on my perfect day...Follow

alright...sorry if i spelll stuff worgn my head hurts like a ****. I was snowboarding yesteday and i was 45 degrees. my first two runs were awsoome. I did about 6 10ft jumps during them. We decide to goto the new park. Did 5 15fet jumps fine. I goto the Big park. I had done these over 100 times. I ride toward the first jump 25-30 ft (around there)....then its blank. Friends said i undershot the landing and fell on my face (which explains my face wounds). I was KOd and sent to the hospitol. Man im all messed up. IF you wana see me giv me ur Email i gfot a pic i sent to my Grandparwnts. I now got a concussion....this suck...

Sorry baby, that sounds like it hurts. I have one word for you....Helmets!

oh trust me i was wearing one...i guess it broke nad fell off. Doctors said the goggles did the most facial damage.

I know how that feels. I have face planted to many times in my life. All I have to say it, try landing on the board and not your face :D

i was told i wouldve gotten brain damage if i wasnt. oh and i did land on my feet then fell 15 ft off the side of the landing and fell on my face. Lost controll after i landed. a few of my friends told me this cuz i cant remember what happened.

Waterville Valley. I suposidly fell on the Jump at the entrence to the park. Its got a weird landing. One side was high and the other had a very very low landing. i landed on the high one and lost balace and fell off that onto the low one and slid off that.

My friend once went headfirst through a barrier/fence - and then hit the ski-lift pylon the fence was guarding. He was out for a good half hour.

When I was a kid, my friends and I went toboganning. It seemed pretty exciting at the time.

Welp look on the bright side.. you'll have an awesome wipe out story to brag about..

You know.. the ones that start...<in an old geezers' voice> Wipe out? you little bastids dont know the meaning of a wipe out! This one time I was in Waterville Valley........

ive been on AIM ive gotten over 1000000 simpathy IMs and wondering when im getting back to school. Thanks to all that responded nicely i still have a concussion (minor now) and having truoble with stairs still. My face has healed alot. My friends told me what happened exactly. I landed it then caught an edge and face planted off the side of the landing. It was on teh 4th jump in the series...i cant remember even doing the frist 3...

haha they said stay away from narcotics...was hoping for madicinal marajuana (sp?) lol. Meh they said Advil for my head aches and some Anti Bacterial cream for my wounds. i found out i broke my nose today...

Don't feel to bad, about 5 years ago I was skiing down a moggle run and some 8yr old ski schooler planted himself to scared to move. I didnt see him and *WHACK* took out his legs and broke one. opps.

alright i got the whole story!!!!!!!!!

I was going off this jump that had 2 different landings, one was high and other was low. I went for the high one...landed it and then caught an edge then fell off the side of the landing onto the lower one and smacked my head and face on it. So at least i didnt totally mess up. Kinda sucks that all i did was catch an edge and i ****** myself up...
