I read that already, it only explains that you need to be Scholar or higher to rate people and that you need more than 15 posts to have a karma rating...if you'd read what i said you see that despite the number of rates ive recieved on my posts, my main karma avg always stays at 2.18 (it has for the past week)...

And if it hasn't moved, you really haven't been rated much if at all then.

i knew my karma would get rated to hell, but i was willing to sacrifice it to have a question answered...

you didnt answer my question...and im only cranky because ur a smart *** (but hey, what can i expect from you, eh?) Simple question needed a simple answer, you blew it up to something it wasn't...

usually, when people speak/type in a demeaning way, i tend to ignore...sorry ^^

Actually, rule of the thumb anywhere, posting about Karma is bringing forth death and destruction, specially those who think they are Gods cause they have socks galor and can bury any post they wish.


Then again, why would you choose the Asylum for a question like that when there are forums better suited for it?

Sinoras, this is the Asylum, not the FFXI forum. There are a few things you should know before considering posting regularly here:

1. We don't care. Especially about you. If you have some personal problem or something else that needs advice/pity, don't bring it here, because we'll just rip you a new one for it.

2. The best way to get karma bombed is to ***** about karma. This includes, but is not limited to, "omg my karma sux!!1one", "Rate me down!!", and "Rate me up!!".

3. Cutesy little emotes and ASCII faces suck. Everybody knows they suck, and I'm pretty sure that nobody knows what they mean. So, none of that crap, m'kay? ~_^

4. When in doubt, GFY. Then, GYJO.

5. We aren't nice. In fact, we're down right mean (and more than a bit elitist). Get used to it. If you can't take a beating and dish it out right back, save yourself some psychiatric difficulty and unplug your computer now. We don't want or need people who don't have think skin.

6. See number 4.

7. The best way to get people around here to take you seriously is to make them laugh. This isn't prison, you don't have to make somebody your ***** to be accepted. Make us laugh and doors will open up.
