I have been working out for the last couple of weeks and I have dabbled with the following:

Xenodrine
Fiber pills

So far I like the Xendodrine because it gives me a good shot of energy but id like something a little more potent if available. I have been reading up on Testerone Gels and pills and it seems they come in all types of packages.

Im looking for something that will give me tons of energy and speed up my metabolic rate. Im not so much worried about puttin on muscle mass at the moment but more in shedding the 30 pounds that I put on this year and getting back to my normal weight.

Dust? Anyone? No? Dust? Anyone? No?

Apologies to the non-Brits - This'll make sense to you in a few months when our latest Magnum Opus of comedy 'Little Britain' takes over from 'The Office' as the great new thing.

I was always told that going "El Natural" is always the safest way of doing things. The most I ever do is drink a protien shake after a work out.

Xenadrine is just too loose weight...can't you just change your diet and suffice having to take a drug that alters your body's natural balance?

get diagnosed with ADD (NOT ADHD) and get a nice Adderall prescription. you will lose 30 pounds easily (it actually shrinks your stomach, on top of increasing metabolic rate).

You'll find that psychiatric nursing practioners are your best bet, as it is a schedule [2, 3... forgot] controlled substance, so psychiatrists are reluctant to give it out. My GF was "warned" when she got hers that they "have a high street value, especially on campus." There's also the risk that you might get something scarier based on whatever evaluation they give (experience: LITHIUM, for fuck's sake ><). Also, make sure you study up on the symptoms of ADD.

it also sharpens you up quite a bit, so any mind-intensive activities will seem easier/more fun/more natural. definitely a decent drug, and not too far from speed (the generic form is called "amphetamine salts", so you can obviously see the close relationship).

edit: close exodus... half-assed edit :)

Somehow...I don't think that was a double post.

Now from reading about testosterone is sounds like it could actually make my voice go deeper, more hair just like that.

Any one have any experiences with that. For that matter what about a colon cleaner. I have read that it also makes a impact on losing weight.

Xenadrine works, thats for sure, but Xenadrine Rfa is no longer
available because it contained ephedrine. Ephedrine is now
illegal in most of the states or it will soon be due to litigation, and is known to cause heart-palpitations, anxiety and a host of other symptons that bear a remarkable resemblance to different forms of speed.

Supposedly the pills they market now, which are ephedrine-free are deemed safe. However if you have a history of heart problems, high blood pressure or other health problems, I would see a doctor before you try it and get a stress test or at least an opinion.

Otherwise we might be reading about you in on the Chest compression/Emergency room threads here.

I used to be addicted to ephredine for years. It always gave me the energy I wanted but not the metabolic rate. Seems like whatever drug I find it always ends up giving the energy but not the fat burn.

Go to your local wal-mart. Their generic vitamines are called "Equate."

They have a supplement called "Diet Smart." It's basically ginseng, green tea extract for energy, and the full b complex spectrum to help boost your metabolic rates. It's safe, all natural, and it won't fail you on a drug test. Give it a shot.

If you can get your hands on some synthroid (thyroid hormone analog), it'll melt those pounds away!

May Also Cause:
Fast heart rate
Trembling hands
Warm moist skin
Hair loss
Staring gaze
Palpitations
Heat intolerance
Nervousness
Insomnia
Dyspnea
Increased bowel movements
Light menstrual periods

Edit: Lightmenstrual = like lightsaber except with bloody discharge instead of weightless cutting plasma

Go for Red Zone pills, i believe they chill your body, forcing it to incinerate fat to keep warm.

Not sure why you'd feel the need to do this in the first place. I've always found that when I work out, while I might be tired right afterwards, I usually have more energy the rest of the time as a result. I've never seen the need to work out *and* take some sort of energy boost pills at the same time.

Natural is good IMO. Work out. Eat right. Your body will do the rest all by itself. You'll be vastly more healty as a result.

Well I tried Xenadrine, the new formula and the ephedra version. I don't know about you but the new formula backed me up something awful. I mean I was backed up worse than the mall parking lot at Christmas time. Then I tried switching to some of the other brands of boosters like Hydroxicut and this no name brand GNC carried for about a week. Both did absolute squat.

Then I was guided toward changing my diet (Drastically). For 90 days I did a 1200 calorie diet consisting of 40% Carbs 30% protein 30% Healthy fats. Then I bumped it up to 1500 and eventually 1800. The energy boost you get from eating healthy and cutting down on processed foods and other crap that we Americans shove into our mouths so mindlessly is surprising. When combined with activity you are certain to drop that 30 pounds.

Nothing, nothing, is as important as what goes into your mouth though. Not activity, not supplements, and not genetic pre-disposition. Food is fuel. Bottom line. If you make unhealthy choices then you will feel sluggish and drained. How can you expect your body to run with out the adequate fuel? You wouldn't **** into the gas tank of a sportscar then take it out on the highway?

Give it a try without the supplements. Eat heathly, alternate you aerobic activity days with circut weight training for lean muscle, and you will begin to feel a difference.
