I do find it a bit hard to not suspect fowl play. Why would you stand by a ledge/balchony to do something like that? My gawd, is it mean to say that if it wasn't fowl play, that it was at least a Survival of the fittest situation?

That'd be a pretty meritless lawsuit. Speaking as someone who works in a hotel, we're not responible for the stupid sh[i][/i]it you do.
However, if she had broken the railing in her little stunt, she (or in this case, whoever will be in charge of her estate) would have to pay for new railing.
