I am shipping my home computer to my son in Hawaii today, so I will not be posting as frequently as I might like. Coupled with the company changeover that is happening this next week means computer access is going to be severely limited-- at least until my laptop gets back from HP (its' mobo fried).
So if you don't hear from me for a while, don't take it that I have gone the route of our good friends Smasharoo and Pickleprince.

How can you leave us in a time like this.
People who contribute daily to threads to keep the interest level high are leaving every day.
First it was Smash , then Pickleprince. Even Skeet hasn’t been whoring the boards as of late. Now you the leave, even temporarily is a huge loss to this board. As more and more of the normal posters continually disappear the Asylum starts to shrink and shrink.
The FFXI boards have become a proverbial fountain of fecal matter that continues to rise. Even now we see some of its spillage in our own board.
Your departure leave behind a dark and acrid pit of despair filled with hideous little creatures eternally biting and clawing each to death and all the time consuming one another in a orgasmic test of will. The only things being heard in the blackness bening an occasional GFY.
When you finally find your way back you may find a desert ghost town thriving with the seepage of idiocy. Sheriff Quaz and his hundreds of deputy socks will be running the show and no longer will you know the Asylum for what you left, having been renamed

I won't be gone completely since I still unfortunately must punch the time clock so that I can spend my days punching the clown. However, I did ship my home comp off to Hawaii today ($150! Ow!), so I have no means of surfing at home until my laptop gets back from HP, which might take up to two months.
I suppose I'll have to just redouble my efforts to increase the quality of my posts, as few as they may become.
And what's with this god-awful business of using my face as fodder for avatards? I should sue each and every one of you who defame my soft and pasty body for laughs. For shame!
