It has come to my attention that there are people out in the world that do not like me. My intelligence says that these "people" do in fact have nuclear weapons. This is exacly why we must declare war on Antarctica. I am confident that the Antarcticans have weapons of mass destruction. Mr. Emperor Penguin, we do not fear you.
