Go get yourself some Valerian. It is an herbal supplement that is non addicting and it will calm your mind down. I use this when I have those nights my mind doesnt stop racing and it works like a charm. Just make sur eyoure ready for bed when you take it because it will make you tired within 10-30 minutes

Or he could just jerk one off.

Seriously:

I was an insomniac in high school. I never went to sleep before 3-4am and had to be at school at 7:30am. It will pass. 90% of the stuff you worry about isn't worth worrying about. I know, I don't know what you are worrying about, but it isn't worth it. Do the best you can at what you are doing at the moment you are doing it and don't worry about it otherwise, to much worrying only screws it up.

Wheeeeee boy you need to lay off any caffeine and then I think you need to run around your block a few times. The name of the herb was in my OP. Valerian. After reading your last post though, I suggest just running around for about 3 hours while talking to yourself. If it doesnt get you to sleep it will at least calm you down just enough to post so we understand when you go from one cubject to another.

You are 13 and male... Prepare to doubt the fortitude of others for the rest of eternity. When you said school I was hoping you meant college. But since you're not in college yet I won't recommend smoking a fat blunt and playing halo. Instead, I recommend a Five Star General and a cigarette.

oh and ^^

To the OP, work out. Even if it's just pushups and situps. Rub one (or more) out. Read. Do something you enjoy. Take your mind off whatever your stressing yourself needlessly over.
Whatever it is there has been people before you who have gotten through it. So get over it or talk to someone. I recommend your uncle Chester. You know the one, the one who likes to give you candy and makes you sit on his lap when you talk? The one who likes gladiator movies, has been in a Turkish Prison. That one.
If that doesn't work then just take a hot bath.
Still doesn't work? Drink heavily. I know you're 13 but no reason to start late. If that still doesn't solve the issue then GFY.

Putting an end to your meth snorting habit would do wonders for your jitteriness, ********. Amazing how calm and slooooooow the world becomes once you back it off the 78 rpm setting and switch it back to 33 LP style...

You might be suffering from borderline or full-blown anxiety. And possibly depression. Meditation might help, as well as pyschiatric treatment, other stress-reducing techniques, and there's always drugs. If this continues more than two more months, I recommend seeking professional help. As in, a hooker.

a couple of soma chased down with a fifth of jack daniels; otherwise just take a look in your parents respective liquor/drug cabinets

I go through anxiety and depression on a pretty much a regular basis, but I can get rid of the waves fairly easily. Find a spot on the floor, lay down a jacket or somthing and sit. Clear your mind and breathe, and feel the world pulse around you. The anxiety should subside substantialiy.

After you find some sort of temporary peace you have to find exactly WHY you become nervous and anxious. I do this in one of two ways.

Engage in a dialouge with someone that asks basicly asks you questions and nothing but about your anger/ depression/ anxiety/ whatever. Eventually, you will find the root cause.

The second way is to do the first way by yourself, and much harder. You have to clear your mind and focus on what are the causes, which often lead to more causes. If it is an irrational fear, (which it very well may be) you have to try and find why you have the fear, then why you should not have the fear.

Even if you fail at dispelling the axietal cause, it can work wonders just to know what it is thats assaulting you.

oh yeah ^^
