You people are smoking crack.
You are talking about telling the Iraqi people that we are going to let neighboring Arab countries come in a police Iraq and while doing it get a piece of their pie? Isn't that was they feared all along? These Arab countries may be starting to look nice and Western with our red, white, and blue colored glasses, but rest asured they kill each other as fast as they'd kill a whiteboy. Perhaps not at the moment since we have their attention, but they are in a state of shock still. Their entire country has been waht it has been for over a generation now. YOu say they are going to trust their neighoring Arab brothers, fellow Mecca worshipers, conrads in arms? This is where we should have left well enough alone. THe lies of that administration have wrapped them up so tight in the very webs they have spun.

They wanted to get Saddam out, fine. That's the easy part, right? Just throw down a bunch of bombs and let our boys clean up the mess while the surrounding worlds mouth is agape with "shock and awe", that'll show'em. "After that?, oh SAM but after that!, just to get there!". Personally I think a better idea would have been to assasinate the bastred, but OH no, that's not "allowed"...Bay of Pigs was baaad, that's not "allowed". So sure, bomb the whole fucking place. I admit, it was a sticky situation. We had to get the man out. HE was crazy! Killing people and everything.. his OWN people even! Well his own people that happened to be another people, another culture, and another language...but OH the madman had murdered his Own people! Wait, he also talked about ....weapons, weapons of MASS murder.. HOw can we as Good Christian Americans stand for this kind of shaking your bigs in your Yankee faces attitude coming from these suntanned, bowing, bearded, 70's clothes wearing barbarians? Guess we did waht we had to do. KaBoom! KaBoom!KaBoom! KaBoom!KaBoom! KaBoom!

So here we are. The populous is hating on us, they're bringing in their crazy buddies in their little(big) "hate on Yankees" Club, and we're in the middle of a ***** storm. Pulling all of our troops out is not an option. We don't want to appear like losers, or cowards. We also don't want the chaos that we have created to be taken advatage of by any of the various warlords..cause that's waht they are. Asking Al Sadr to participate in the political aspect of things was just a frikkin riot. So now we had conveniently set ourselves up as occupiers. I would even go as far as to say "colonists". Other nations helping Is a good idea. Let them replace our poor and battered troops. Give them people that they at least have less hate for. We are acting like this is our little science project, our "baby". Why shouldn't we just say, "Ok, we're gonna take a little break and let you Iraqis handle it for awhile. See that man with the big nostrals and the blue helmet? Go talk to him, he'll treat you right". We need to step aside and let some geopolitical osmosis happen.

Let these elections take place. Let us teach them how to defend themselves and their homes, but let's not do it like a bunch of snobby, condescending, know-it-alls while we're doing it. "Git'on Kicking-Bear, remember what I tell'd ye, go and shoot me some In'juns with the boom-stick and bring me back their scalps and I'll give ya some dis' here whiskey". Our Soldiers are not teachers. Maybe some of them are, but one thing I learned from teaching and watching other teachers is that not everyone can do it properly. It takes a certain ammount of empathy and a certain ammount of humbleness. My thoughts are instead of getting the army so involved is maybe getting some of our Police force out there. Somthing tells me that these Cops here have a bit more knowledge about street warfare than some young buck from Nebraska that just pegged his 12th raghead. Either way, we've got to let these people assume some responsibility. In the process of our delegation of authority we should slowly begin rolling our troops out, and some other foreign troops in; just not as many. Once we're out, waht do we think will happen? If we left Now..jsut Left, waht do you think would happen? THese are the kicks and convulsions of a fully grown newborn country. We are standing in the way trying to hold it down, so it can grow in "our" way. Well it's not gonna be "our" way. They are turning on us now, best o try to stand out of the way and get some fresh doctors in here to help deliver this one.

None of that's gonna happen though. That would be counter productive to "our" own form of growing. The monster that these elite tycoons that are running the place want us to be. Same story as before, it'll have the same ending, and all empires fall.

What ever happened to colonizing places anyway? That was a good system they had going for a while. Move in, slaughter the natives, teach whats left to be like you and have them send all the money back to the mother country....

Granted, thats similar to our current system of forced democratization of "rouge states" But we just don't slaughter enough of the native population for it to work anymore. Take Iraq, the bombs we dropped were waaaaay too small for us to take up residence there. They left most of the people alive, and kinda pissed that we were dropping bombs on them. Its like throwing rocks at a beehive, then taking it out of the tree, setting it in your lap, and trying to calmly reason with the bees and teach them your way of doing things. Its alot easier to either leave the damn hive alone or light the whole thing up and negotiate with the 3 or 4 bees that were out of town at the time.

Sure, thats not really going to win you very many humanitarian awards, but everybody hates us anyway, might as well give them a reason. Plus, every time we do this blow up->bring food-> rebuild strategy, we get taken advantage of alittle more. Pretty soon poor countries are going to be starting **** with us just cause they'd like some new buildings and 3 squares a day for the people. IMO, we're paying for both sides of our wars now, we pay to blow stuff up, pay to rebuild it, then we pay to help the people we just beat down get back up. Its ridiculous.

And they thought the hindu people would resist McDonalds. fools. But that brings up another good point, why do people hate us so much? If it weren't for us the movie industry of the world would suck balls, and everybody would still be waiting half and hour and paying twice as much for bad food, rather than getting it in 30 sec for 3 bucks. Theres something funny about asian people eating fried chicken out of a bucket, I'm not sure what it is.

I wonder how many walmarts are being built in Iraq as we speak?
Clearly not enough if people still aren't too busy shoping for discount merchandise to shoot at eachother. I wonder if islamic extemists love walmart, since so many americans hate it, you'd think they'd be warming up to it. I'm kinda surpised that 9 out of 10 new walmart store managers aren't islamic extremists, working from the inside to erode small town values and all, seems like the perfect fit to me. I'm mostly rambling now.
