God this stupid trial is almost completely finished. Curious to see any predictions for the sentencing.

Options
1. Death Penalty - which in CA means life in prison.
2. Life in prison - which in CA actually means life in prison.
3. Who fuckin cares, I'm tired of this stupid case.

My vote? Death penalty. No one feels sorry for this piece of shit. Let him fry. Or sit in a cell for 93 yrs waiting to fry. Either way, cost to CA taxpayers? Eleventy billion dollars.

Probably life with no parole. I'm sure a pretty guy like himself will make quite a few of his fellow inmates very happy campers.

Except for the part where they'll never see him because he will only be out of his cell for 2 or 3 hours a week. Some guard's might shove a broomstick up his *** though

I forgot how in Cali all of the cells have their own individual showers.

I don't really care but if I had to choose I would say, life in prison. The meanest, harshest, most *** bangin' prison cell ever.

Frankly if they are gonna try to kill him it will end up costing more money than life in prison, plus it will take forever. Might as well throw him in a cell with an overly large black man for the next 50 years and let him think about what he did.

Every night he can re-enact Andy Dufrenses violent rape scene by the "Sisters" at Shawshank. It could be considered a drama credit at university and that would be one bill I'm sure the tax payers would be happy to foot.

I never watched or read anything on the trial. I only know what I hear family members and friends say about it. I do feel sad for her Lacys' family, her and her unborn child.
There are, unfortunately, too many people killed each year from situations close to these. Why make Lacys' public? I never understood that.
If Scott did it, I hope he dies a miserable death (eye for an eye).

Her mother made all the jurors cry, saying a sonogram is the only picture she has of her only grand child, and telling him, "You knew where she was and you let us go through hell for months."

A crying jury is not a good thing for the defense in the penalty phase.

Next up: his parents to say what a really decent and caring double murderer he is.

He should throw himself on the mercy of the court as a widower.

If I had my way, he would die. And not by lethal injection. (its too easy for him)
But my prediction is life in prison

My vote would be life in prison. There are worse things to fear in life than death.
