Against my better judgement I ordered a coffee from McDonald's on my lunch break. The cup warns of a hot liquid, which would have been nice on this ******, rainy Wednesday. Much to my disappointment, the liquid was tepid, at best. Can I sue?

[:bored @ work:]Been awhile since I had a Mcdonalds coffee or any coffee for that matter. So I could be wrong but I think it says: Caution contents may be hot. If it does I think the word may would hurt you in a court of law. Like I said though its been awhile so not sure what the exact wording is on it.
I agree, the only good thing at Mickie D's is the hot fudge sundae. Get your coffee at Dunkin Donuts.

You cant buy your coffee from McDonalds. Only Dunkies will do.
