Umm, didn't they just replace two jurors a few days ago? Said they had to redo the deliberations.

They don't want to be sequesterd in their hotels all weekend. Best way is to get those you dont' agree with you booted off, and tell the new guys to shut the hell up, this is how it's going to be.

Yeah, Judge told them both times to "start over from scratch". I guess they just learned quickly from their mistakes. A little tutoring from original jurors, to catch up the new members, and VOLIA.. We're going home for the weekend!!

I didn't even pay attention enough to remember if the jurors that were dismissed were sympathetic to Peterson, or not.

There's more than enough dubious goings-on to call for an appeal, I'd think.

I don't know how those particular jurors felt, but one of them was the foreman.
