Smash. Everyone who has sex with more than one person is hurting the community. We all do it, but it is not good(bastards and STDs).

and they best way to get gays to commit to one partner is denying them marriage?

In this situation, if we all chose one partner, and homosexuality was allowed, these people would be worthless to the society, because they would not offer what they have to the gene pool. Therefore limiting it, and causing a shortage of dics and pusees. Not good for the gene pool whatsoever. It's not right, you can't say it is right without lying.

There's nothing wrong with not having kids. sterile people aren't evil. single people aren't evil. people who conciously decide to not have kids aren't evil. Gay people aren't evil.

Laviont,

Your argument is that gays don't contribute to the gene pool, therefore they are worthless.

HOW ON EARTH WILL ALLOWING THEM TO MARRY CHANGE THAT? If gays aren't going to reproduce with gay marriage allowed, do you think banning gay marriage will magically turn them straight?

Banning it offers absolutely no benefit to society.

It may even hurt society, because it's taboo...and kids who rebel will want to go through "their gay period" and maybe they'll clone other gays to serve in their gay army of gayness.

Ever think about that, bucko?

Best? O yes...Me...I have the quality that is known as BEST!

Tricky, if you don't or won't have kids, you're useless. No good. Kill yourself now and be done with it.

I can't believe I have to explain it...

Are you sure you aren't gay, Nadenu?

You sure do have a lot of kids for a straight person!

I am with you on the Michigan vote. I am from there. Kerry won our state, the Democratic State Represenative Pam Byrnes won her seat, but we still voted to have the constitution amended? Lived here 22 years and I can't really explain that one, must be all of the old Democratic farmers closer to the UP, ya know, the ones that are still conservative.

I can't be gay, because I'm married. And if a gay person was married, well hell... the planets would align, the seas would boil, Bush would make sense and I would have a decent pair of shoes for a change.

that's it, I'm switching teams.

This seems to be the gist of your argument, which is entertaining since it's also the most asinine thing you've said.

By your lights all ANYONE contributes to society is more people. Forget the artists and artisans, the teachers, builders, farmers; forget the collectors and disseminators of wisdom and the scientists and the medicos and the writers. We may as well be overgrown bipedal amoebas, really.

That is about the most dismal and pointless philosophy I've ever heard. That is just horrendous.
