but it doesn't make the initail statement false.
The reason M.Moore is hard to argue against is because he uses very broad facts to make sweeping statements. Just because what he says is true does not necessarly equate to the conspiracy theory he attaches it too.
but to call him a liar is asking to be picked to pieces.
Moore is a left wing fanatic using facts to paint a biased picture.
but keep in mind, he actually used FACTS, not lies.
there is alot of really interesting information in his film, once you filter out the biased picture he is trying to paint with it.
like texas oil companies negotiating a pipeline contract with the taliban. while we were watching this addministraition blast the taliban for their extremist views, washington was giving the thumbs up for oil companies to do bussiness with them. how messed up is that?

Broad sweeping facts equates to broad sweeping generalizations, which, in turn lead to faulty conclusions. That is the same thinking which leads to stereotypes. Frankly, I am surprised that more people haven't noticed that about Moore's work-- especially when considering that these same people are appalled when that technique has been utilized to create some of the world's greatest injustices, ie slavery, the Holocaust, ethnic cleansing, etc etc.

The one part of his tenure i have agreed with, was his actions between 9/11 and the weeks after removing the Teliban.
