Just rented it, worth the money to sit down and watch it, if only for the tornado scene.

Acting wasn't great, but it's not bad. It's certainly not good science, but it is good entertainment. Too lazy to write a full review, but if you've got some time, watch it. Nothing you "Must See", and not as good as Independance Day, but hey - It's out on DVD. Rent it.

And yes, I know it was released on the big screen in... April? A while back... But I just now got around to watching it.

I want to see National Treasure and the new Alexander the Great movie. I'm curious to see how they portray him.

I heard that there's another Alexander movie being made too.

On that note I heard that there are 2 Hannibal of Carthage movies being made too.

I heard about the other Alexander movie, but not about the Hannibal movies. Care to provide a link?

I can't stand watching all these historic movies about Troy, alexander, ect. They all seem the same.

The Day after Tommorrow was an average movie, at best.

I really liked this movie. My bf's field of research partly deals with climatology, so it's interesting to see how other people might perceive that field of science. Also, whenever the scientists in the movie would ask for time on the mainframes, we'd look at each other, laugh, and then proclaim, "Fund my Research! Fund my Research!"

What do you mean by "all the same"?

I watched it. It was good.

Can you believe they are making another Chucky movie. I think it is gonna be called, "Chuckys Spawn." And whoop-dee-do it's gonna star, Jennifer Tilly!?!?!?! Again? Hmmm... I'm still gonna see it.

This was a fantastic movie. Just saw it last weekend and it blew my mind. Of course, I love anything that has to do with extreme weather.

Day after tomorrow was pretty good in terms of special effects but the acting could have been better and the script.

I saw independence day again a couple of days ago, I didn't remember it being that good or that long.

I swear 30 minutes of it was 'Hello, Mr President' and 'Yes sir, Mr President Sir'. Not that i'm complaining about the overt patriotism, fitted in well with the whole American Independence/World Independence thing.

Am I the only one who thinks that movie would have been better if it DIDN'T have a plot? The special effects were okay, they were entertaining to watch.

I do like reading about the physics behind that movie, or lack thereof.

Think about that for a moment.

Anyway, The Day After Tomorrow wasn't that bad. I could actually stand to sit and watch it. The ending kind of sucked though, how the weather just magically stops. I was hoping for an ending where everyone actually died. But alas, every movie has to have a damn happy ending. And the guy's son didn't even do the girl, WTF?
