That's OK, I still don't forgive Buckner. I still want to kick his teeth in, and I was eight when that happened.
Then again, eight year olds can be somewhat fickle, and I ended up parading around in all the Mets WS gear that my parents got us anyways. As my dad said, "At least it wasn't that other New York team".
