I mean really, the Patriots beating the Rams was a fairly big choke, but now the Red Sox SWEEPING the Cardinals, I mean, really, it's too much.
It's really too bad you people don't have a Basketball team or the Celtics might have a shot this year.

I actually thought the Cards would give a good fight and make the Series interesting. Kind of a let-down to see them just roll over and go to sleep for five days.

It wasn't under their control. If the BoSox were going to win the series, it absolutley HAD to happen on the day (almost the hour, even) where there was a total Lunar Eclipse. Now all the Cubs need is a total Solar Eclipse during the World Series and they might have a chance, too.

Heh, I remember not so long ago (in my lifetime anyways) when Chicago embarrassed the Pats in Super Bowl XX.. 46-10. When you score like that, then you can talk major shit about it. You just brought back nightmares. I need to go have a beer now, i still mourn from that sunday. Since then, the RAMS are a custom to losing in the playoffs, or just sucking during the regular season.
