Ignore the propaganda from the Kerry and Bush camps and the media. Here's the source.

Uncle Sam fucked up big style. Will the CinC accept responsibility or not? Where does the buck stop?

Just a point Bhodi. That quote is not *from* the IAEA. That's a quote of them quoting the guy from the Iraqi Ministry on something or other (see the letter at the end of the PDF).

I'm curious how he concludes that the materials were removed after April 9th, when so far we've seen no evidence that anyone could find the materials at that site on or at any time after that date. That statement completely contradicts those of both the US military and the reporters embedded with the military who were present at the time and all state that in the April 9-10th time frame they were unable to find those materials at the site.

How does this guy know they were still there on April 9th to make that assessment? Was he there? Did he witness and count the materials? Did anyone? So while there was fighting going on all around the area, he had guys hanging out counting munitions to make sure they were all there?

Unlikely, don't you think?

Occams razor tells me that most likely the Iraqi guy is flubbing the date, and likely has a very political reason for writing that letter 3 weeks before the US elections.

But you can make up a super convoluted conspiracy theory involving collaboration between hundreds of US soldiers and embedded reporters from multiple networks if you want. I'm going to stick with the most obvious and apparent explanation...

Umm...yeah it's totally tin-foiled to think that the military controls what is written and said about their operations.
