An intelligent subject for a clearly intelligent person.
Europe should be kissing our asses...
Which world would you like to live in...let me paint a couple of pictures.
The first world is where the industrialized and civilized nations of the world trade freely with each other, come together to discuss ways to improve 3rd world nations. They come together to discuss ways to stop true dictators, and find ways to peacefully resolve problems throughout the world.
The second world is where the United States operates solely on the president's "beliefs", and pays no attention to any nation that thinks otherwise. The U.S. will do whatever it takes to have a hand in mid-east oil, no matter who says otherwise. The U.S. doesn't bother with true threats of the world, but rather focuses on internal agendas, fueled by fear, anger, and hate over the 9/11 tragedies.
The second world is the one Bush has handed us, and is the world he created. The future of civilization rests in our ability to be smarter, not our ability to control the most nuclear weapons.

If the UN doesn't jump on board our struggle against terrorist, regardless of who's president, I say we embargo and boycott all of the products they sell us so readily. Forget about Smashes idea that we should apologize for upsetting the status quo in that piece of Sh*t part of the world known as the mid-east. Thankfully Bush isn't listening to the UN to make decisions in how best to protect us, even whiny liberals like smashed.
Do you truly think we are safer now? Better protected since Bush didn't listen to the U.N.? Remember, Bush told the world that Saddam had links to al Qaeda, and that he had stockpiles of biological and chemical weapons. Bush told the world that Saddam had all of these weapons of mass destruction and that he was going to use them. Now we come to find out that none of it was true. None of it. To believe otherwise is to play right into the fantasy that the Bush administration created. Only simple minded, war-mongering people would ignore the facts.
Us so-called "whiny-liberals" like to do something rare among this administration....and that is "think".
