Show me a system that didn't allow recounts as demanded by law but was still being pushed for one of the most potentially controversial elections in the nation's history.

Considering Diebold is a contributor to the republican party wouldn't it ease alot of people if they were forced to release the programming code so that we would know they weren't rigging the election?
