Even though our literacy rate is nothing to write home about, we can still all see the presidential debates on the tube and know the names and a few facts about the candidates we're voting for. Nothing like when this country was first founded and only a small percentage of people even knew what the president looked like. I think it's time to let the people actually start voting for president rather than having our legislators do it for us.
