  • Face it. As long as we continue to buy into the two party system, we will be dealing with these ************ for the rest of our lives. It would be a full time job just to sort through the crap they feed us on a daily basis. Sorry, but I have a life to run. The last time I saw Democrat and Republican work together was in keeping Nader out of the 2000 Presidential debates. I'm not exactly a Nader man but I would have loved to see him in that debate.

Often you will hear about the low voter turnouts in elections in America. You will hear about greater turnouts in Europe and other countries. Well those other countries usually have Parliamentary systems. In that type of system you will have a much greater percentage of the peoples views represented by the much broader spectrum of parties holding seats. It's just not the same old bs from the same two parties.

PS I usually post in the OOT section but heard this is where the real trolls hang out.

Your mother's a *****. You like to jack off dogs. That's right, you heard me. You like to grab that dog by the bone and rub it like a ski pole. Your dad? Gay. Your priest? Straight. **** off and let me post. It's not true, it's all in good fun. Now go away.

Yes, what you're missing is that diversity of political parties doesn't correlate with quality of rhetoric at all.

    ------------------------------------------------------------

did you watch the matrix movies?

the two party system is here just to make you think you have a choice.

but the bottom line is, lobbiest decide who will even run for president. so your only real choice is, the puppet from this group of lobbiest, or the puppet from that group of lobbiest.

the way this country goes about choosing who will be the most powerfull leader in this country, and quite possibly, the world, is a friggin joke.

a "c" average, ex-alcholic? OMFG. then give him the most powerfull military in the world to controll? what a bunch of stupid sheits we are. we truly get what we deserve.

we need another tea party. we need to redesign just how we choose a leader. like mabe some basic qualifications, like a back ground or some education in foreign politics, education in economics, some military experience before we let him send our children into a meat grinder.....FOR NO REASON.

mabe the colleges put up some people, and decide from those, as oppsed to having to choose from the group of lobbiest puppets big buissness hand us.

    how about atleast being LITERATE?

the world is shaking in their boots, every four years they watch us hand atomic weapons over to a mindless puppet.

it is time for a change. till then, all we can do is vote their stupid **** out every four years till someone stands up and does the right thing for the WHOLE country, not just one faction of it. all we can do is make them EARN their lame duck session.

Bush didnt even try to earn his. by by

You don't get it. The whole concept of america is that literally almost anyone can go on to be president. And considering all the horrible things this man has done since being elected, do we really need the 'alcoholic' character assasination?

People don't even show up on voting day. What makes you think anyone would be more likely to get involved in a new process to elect our leader? Horrible idea anyways.

Canada's system is much better. We have a strong 3rd, 4th and a reasonably strong 5th party. With 300 million people, you can't seriously tell me two partys can speak for the whole nation. No wonder people stay home on voting day down there.

Didn't you know that the answers to all life's conflicts can be found in the Matrix?

Either that or you can always use a snappy one-liner you heard on the Simpsons. Nothing says "I have an intelligent grasp of the problem" like trying to solve it with a line from a cartoon.
