it is time for another tea party people. the way we choose a leader is stupidity at best. shouldnt there be minimum requirments? like being literate for beginners? or a degree in foreign affairs? or military experience so there is some connection to the lives they may have to put on the firing line? how about a degree in economics?

no, all you need is public exposier and alot of money, and devout loyalty to one of the parties in our two party system. willingness to pass laws to benifit them reguardless of its effect on the people in this country.

It is my opinioin that the lack of cheap fuel is going to lead to massive wars between countries, allies or not.

Given the bi-weekly posts linking to some article about "Peak Oil", I dare say anyone who has been here longer than two weeks is familiar with it.

It's looking like we are going to run the senate again, base on the polls. Which is a very very good thing since the house is currently being run by the lobbyists.

Kerry won the debate no question. However for him to only become tied in the polls is a loss for him.

And Smash when the polls are against Kerry you dismiss them and when they show him taking a lead you support them. I know you are just getting pubbies who get quote the polls fired up, Im just sayin.

Anyways as a side note I think anyone using polls to determine the president should look the polling that took place in Canada before this summers election.
