If you really must know, I have a job (unfortunately) and I just got my *** reamed for my overuse of the Internet. Sadly, I can't surf anymore at work or they will can my ***. So, I get maybe 8 hours a week on the computer at home (wife, kid, responsibility, blah blah). Do you think I'm going to waste those 8 hours lurking these boards? I'm not a board ***** like you. **** off.

Yes, I am right. I live with my wife, in a house, in the middle of suburbia. She has more value than you too. My Mom lives about 5 minutes away in a house, she doesn't get reamed by her boss either, she recieves more respect than that as a valued employee.

In other words, she never complains, and is a goody two shoes. The only reward for that is getting stepped on and overlooked for promotions.
The only reason I got reamed is my stupid pod mate ratted me out because I make her look bad by doing more work in a day than she does in a week. I am the top performer in my department. I've earned my respect.
I think the one thing we can agree on is neither one of us gives two ***** about the other. So go back to your "I have more things than you, so I'm better" train of thought. Keep living that dream, pal. Keep reminding yourself of the material things you have so it will validate you as a person.
