It was more or less a play on all of those lovely pro Kerry Topics that Smash used to grace us with before Kerry became a dead fish candidate.

Look back on the forum at about the time of the DNC and you will see what I am talking about.

You are of course right. The 3 minutes it has been posted is more than enough to judge it as such.

It was not really aimed at humor, but more as a direct commentary on the gag-me-with-a-spoon Pro-kerryisms you were posting previous to his big skid.

But I digress. Please go back to telling us about how great a speech Kerry gave at the convention...or ooh! ooh! you could start a thread prediction an utter asswhipping in the first debate! That would be a classic!

What would you prefer me comment on? Its not like you have been posting a ton of non political essays recently.

Would you prefer it if I were to say something like the group pictures you turds took a couple of months ago made it look like you were about 40 pounds overweight and balding? Fine.

Now I am not the grammar master but I think that this line does not deliver the meaning that you are trying to convey.

The "however" Just does not make sense in its useage here. I think that word could have been stricken in favor of "Because" or "For" of course in both of these examples the comma would not be necessary any longer.

I realize that's a completely unrealistic expectation for I have known you far too long

Now as you can see I took poetic license and removed the contraction "I've" for "I have" I think that if you were to use the old english term "for" that it is somewhat cheapened by the use of a contraction. Moreover in my format, I believe that it rolls off the tongue smoother.

Now to what you said about my ability, first I would like to quote your disclaimer.

I think that this sums it up perfectly. It certainly is not true. As for it being all in good fun...well I guess that I can go with that.

Now of course if your disclaimer is a mistruth, at least when you are dealing with my posts then I would prefer an addendum placed giving an explanation.

Now if we are going to compare our posting styles to television shows, then I would have to compare your own extensive history to the television show "M.A.S.H"

In the early seasons MASH was funny and original...much like yourself in your past glory...but the current version of S.M.A.S.H is more like the show that was corrupted once Alan Alda was given creative control and the once pure comedy was turned into an anti-war, anti-vietnam cesspool for liberal propaganda.

I mainly post about current events. It's hard to see how that could ever be "unimaginative" as they've just occured, hence the word "current" in "current events." Perhaps you meant unimaginative because my oppinion was morally consistent over time. I think you're confused, son. That's referred to as "integrity". Can you say in-teg-rit-ee? I know you couldn't.

You have never once posted anything that comes even vaguely close to the value I add to this board on a daily basis. If you think otherwise, you're delusional beyond belief.
