No white women, but a rating troll! OOOO, look at it!

Come on folks! Haven't you ever heard of Blazing Saddles?-Our greatest folk tale about the American Wild West? Directed by one of the greatest minds in American film making?-Mel Brooks?

Where the white women at indeed! I will not grace this forum with the question again! Hmm.

Khristov, I think a lot of posters here are too young to remember Blazing Saddles. Or if they've seen it, they just don't get it.

I love Blazing Saddles. I have 2 copies of it.

I might like a Spaceballs sequel. I'm not a big fan of sequels, but Mel Brooks is a friggin genius. I'd wager money right now that Spaceballs 2 will be a better sequel than any of the Rocky sequels. (Another sequel due out next year ::bangs head on wall::)

Carrot Top > Woody Allen

Louis Anderson > Woody Allen

Fran Drescher > Woody Allen

Any questions?

I can't think of any Mel Brooks stuff that hasn't been funny as hell. Yogurt! I hate Yogurt!

Woody Allen isn't even in the same ballpark.

I actually don't find Mel Brooks' humour to be that funny.

mostly just sillyness... which can be amusing at times.
The best part of his movies are watching the actors have fun.

Ack, a sequel to Spaceballs? I'm willing to put down money that says it flops. If you're going to come out with a sequel to a movie, don't wait 10 years to do it!

I like that movie.

Jim the Waco Kid: What did you expect? "Welcome sonny," "Make yourself at home," "Marry my daughter." You've got to remember, that these are just simple farmers, these are people of the land, the common clay of the new west. You know . . . morons.

----

Bart: Are we awake?
Jim: The Waco Kid: We're not sure. Are we black?
Bart: Yes we are.
Jim: The Waco Kid: Then we're awake, but we're very puzzled.

----

Bart: I'm rapidly becoming a big underground success in this town.
Jim the Waco Kid: Gee, in another twenty-five years you'll be able to shake their hands in broad daylight.

One copy on DVD another on VHS. History of the World Part 1 was funnier IMO.

Wrong, all he has to do is give a jar jar binx ripoff character a horrible excruciating death and it will be a cult classic til the end of all time.
