Bill O’Reilly's viewers are actually less educated than Jon Stewart's

NEW YORK - The folks at Comedy Central were annoyed when Fox News Channel’s Bill O’Reilly kept referring to “The Daily Show” audience as “stoned slackers.”

So they did a little research. And guess whose audience is more educated?

Viewers of Jon Stewart’s show are more likely to have completed four years of college than people who watch “The O’Reilly Factor,” according to Nielsen Media Research.

I always knew we were smarter, now I have proof. ;)

3 years into a 4 year University degree. I havent watched Television in over a year now but i would definitely prefer my political commentary coming from Stewart than O'Reilly.

Also i have never been stoned, high, blitzed, etc.

It's less likely you'll have a college degre if you're a moron than if you aren't.

good to know my choice of host is the one for smart people. :)
Sometimes I wish all news could be given like Stewart. God knows the news is crappy enough. It's nice to ba able to laugh at it sometimes, even when most of the time it makes you want to rage

I'm not surprised to find that Daily Show Watchers are more educated.

The Daily Show pokes fun at anyone who gets in the news. You've got to have a stick up your *** to turn the channel because Jon Stewart picked on 'your boy' today. Which means you should go watch O'Reilly.

Well, we know for sure that it doesn't take much intelligence to not choose college. I think we are talking about people in college that actually go to class!
