I'm a little less than 1/4 Danish. My grandfather is mostly danish with some swedish.

^_^ Cool. That is a really strange coincidence!

Not necessarily true! I know a couple who met while playing Quake online, now they're married, have two kids and a website.

And like I said earlier, I met my husband online. We've been together for over 5 years, married for 2 years next week.

How can you stand it? I'm 19 years old and I can't stand girls my age. Especially the sorority chicks. Talk about vapid...

Either she's mature for her age or I'm immature for mine, either way it works out well

24 and 19.. that's 5 years or so (drunk).

I can't even get this 15 year-old chick to like me... too old she says, ***** I say.

Please disregard this post and all the others I've written.

I was drunk while writing this and insane while writing the others. Cheers lads!

Re: internet and age gaps

I met a wonderful partner online and had 4 great years together. I was 40 and she in her 20s.

So don't assume internet relationships are doomed, or that age-gaps matter.

Actually, thinking about it, she left me, broke my heart and left me as a bitter, tattered husk of my former self.
Hmmm. Maybe you guys have a point.

Oh and Gratz Nadenu. Despite being a loathsome miserable grumpy *******, I do love a happy story and wish you and your bloke all you wish for yourselves.

????

Some insight on guys...
If you are Hot, they are attracted to you. Physically at least.
Now the question is whether or not they can get beyond that... So I'd say your male friends are attracted to you. They must either be A) so mature that they DO see past your hotness and like you for you and your company and the thing that you do together... or B) are waiting around for the chance to ***** your brains out (like 98% of guys that have female friends).

you sure?? and if so you should really explore this before you fuck yourself over bigtime.

Perhaps you are judging the whole story on the first few pages?? i hope.

She usually doesn't play games but she's addicted to Halo right now, go figure.

Hi there, I'm a single girl about to turn 20. I'm into FFXI just so you know, that's how I got here ^_^

I just wanted to know how many of you all have girl friends? Where did you meet them? Do you play games together?

I myself am kinda lonely, I have no idea where to go to meet people (I think that comes with working in a non-consumer environment and not being in HS anymore) and I'm rather shy, but I've decided it's time to solve the problem. I'd like to be able to find a guy that plays games too, as it is really nice to have a major hobby to share with someone.

I know it can't be THAT hard to meet someone. Any ideas on where I should go?

PS: I don't like dancing or loud music (unless it happens to be for a specific event, I definitely like going to shows) but other than that I'm open for any suggestions you might all have.

Thanks in advance, feel free to discuss, I'm not looking for a specific answer or anything.

Translation: I'm a 15 YO guy looking for hawt cyborz, fuck me.

No girlfriend here.

I swear it's only been about a week ago I saw an admin state that this **** was pushing his luck with the necroposting.

C'mon, where's the bluebolt?

IP ban this cocksucker, already. He contributes nothing but necroposts and oneliners. None of his oneliners are worth reading, his net contribution to the community is less than zero.

He has been over at the FFXI forums being a jackass. Yes you can decifer between a jackass and FFXI poster, there is a difference.

Shits and Giggles:

25 M dating 29 F for 2.5 years. Lived together 2 years. She does not really have a lot of time to play games. I made her a character on FF but work takes up too much time for her to pursue it. We will have an occasional Kamatari night and play that for hours.

----------------------------------------------------------

plays FF and kinda lonely.

hmmm, what could be the problem? HIDING IN A DARK ROOM STARING AT A COMPUTER DURING SOCIAL FREETIME MABE?

doesnt like to dance or loud music.

good news. most guys dont know how to dance. and the ones that do learn to because they are lacking in the diserability department in other areas. geeks, punks, dawgs, those types if you get my meaning.

where and how to meet them.

church groups. most of them have singles clubs of some type or another.

the gym. shape up your body and meet other people who share that interest. forget aerobics. have to work out in the weight room.

my personel favorite, dating clubs. the more expensive the beter. it means they have a job or they cant afford to join. a job is a good thing when looking for a guy. it also means they are available, though not always single. if your not fat or ugly, you will have more dates than you have time for.

sporting events. get some girlfriends together and start going to ball games. its loaded with men. and nothing turns a guy who is interested in sports on more than a women who can atleast stand to be in the same room as a loud big screen tv when one is on.

there are always men on the job somewhere. they might not be mr perfect, or mr right, but there are always men on the job. a women being lonely is their own fault. period. your average joe is not pickey, he just wants to play. mr perfect and mr right are pickey and want to be served. forget them, and go play.
