See, that's what some of us are pondering. There's an entire system and culture that cultivated the terrorists. Not just in the Middle East but also in the west as well. How else do you explain that men lke Arafat get a Nobel Peace Prize?
Islam needs to have it's Protestant Reformation in some senses. Right now Americans are very skeptical when it comes to the Arab world because many of us feel that the terrorists didnt just spring forth from jars and start killing. Where the responsibility lies is vague. We don't care how or where it started, we just want it to end.
And no, when I mentioned busses it was more to say that we don't want our lifestyle to deteriorate like it has in the rest of the world.
