They've been using the military as Guinea Pigs for years.

The above is just one instance of them using airbourne hallucinogens on "OUR OWN TROOPS".

Ever seen Jacob's Ladder?

Altered States?

Veterans are NOT fit to be President. It's a negative in my opinion.

"The last time I saw him," said Bowen, "he was taking a shower in his uniform and smoking a cigar."

This reminds me a of a party....

You already did. It was a scary four years for you but the memory erase was clearly successful.

You'd have to be qualified first, I'm afraid. Reading is a prequisite.

Did I miss the whole point of the post? Why would anyone not trust me because of what happened in the '60s?

I served for 10 years and think that Military service should be mandatory. THe problem today is only the rich ( read officers) can run for the top office in this country. Get a working grunt a chance and there would be a lot of changes.

BTW my former father in law was involved is some of the testing on the troops mentioned in this thread. He had a few good horror stories about some of the fip outs that ensued.

Yeah, that way you'd get a new crop of hot ass each year.

Good thinking, soldier!

Yep she was, Navy Nurse! You have a problem with my mom?
I hope not, I'd hate to tell her, she still has some spit and polish left in her. I think she used boot camp tatics to raise the 7 of us kids!

bottom line is that i dont want to be fighting with people that dont want to be there. you are borderline talking about the draft.. and nothing comes of that. I see what you are trying to say.. and in a time of peace.. sounds like a good idea. but the fact of the matter is that maybe there are jobs in the military that could accomadate non volunteers.. but i would just rather keep it like it is now. about 8 months into iraq we were getting new guys that were in high school when we first got there.. and that is a great thing

Jacobs LAdder is one of the most frightfully interesting movies I've ever seen.
