Welp PM, basically it goes like this:
There are laws (constitutional amendmendment #5) stating that you do not have to offer evidence against yourself in court.
Whereas, on the side of the road, there are laws in most states, specificating that if you refuse a breathalyzer test, you are automatically guilty.

Yes, I did just that. I wasn't trying to be intentionally annoying (it's a talent). And I do understand your point. You are talking about what's right, not necessarily what the law is. Right vs. wrong vs. law gets to be a very tricky subject. The best advice I've ever heard on the subject came from my grandpa.
