Sorry, Varrus. This isn't the case. Several studies showed that there were distinct scenarios which would have yielded both outcomes. I would cite them for you, but I am going to lunch with my wife and can't be ***** to look them up at the moment. Smash can do it if he likes. I am sure he has them bookmarked.
