Ok, this may be out of bounds, but I'd like to ask you a personal question, Tare. For that matter, any of you wimmin folk may answer as well if you care.

Has being pregnant made you extraordinarily horny?

I ask because my wife during her two pregnancies was insatiable. And while our sex life is and has been terrific, there was never a time quite like when she was pregnant in all our years of being together. She was like a minx in heat-- 5, 6, 7 times a day. It got to the point where I'd start staying at work a little longer because I was becoming a little frightened. It'd be like, "Oh honey... (bats her eyes at me) let's get frisky! (Then her voice lowers four octaves to a demonic level and volume) Now!"

Yikes!

Well, I wouldn't say I've gone crazy about it but I definately want more than I did before. Mr. Tare is so great about the belly and boobs and everything too. I was surprised to find that some men actually find pregnant women incredibly sexy, and in my case, knowing that he thinks I look foxy certainly doesn't stop me from trying to jump his bones.

Rawr!

Well, in the case of Mrs. Totem, she was one of those who positively glowed. Pregnancy agreed with her with the exception of the first three weeks where just about everything made her throw up. She got this incredible healthiness about her that screamed "Fertile!" in neon lights. Verah sexah.

Men really have no idea how much more action they could be getting if they just told their wife/S.O. that she's a little sexpot. Works everytime....

I honestly don't know why I assumed that he'd respond negatively to the changes in me physically. I guess I just thought that the things we most often try to avoid, i.e. weight gain, would make me unattractive to him. But, I was wrong, he loves my pregnant body. Although, in the first few months we had sex very little because he was freaked out at the idea of there being a baby growing inside me. You get any of that, Totem?

Oh yeah. She'd joke about the gopher going in and out of its' hole, but it was only after the babies were born that she needed to be reminded she was a wife/woman, not primarily a Mom. I suspect that is a difficult transition for women to make.

/ponders

Just think of the searchability I'd have if Totem's sig was included in the search...

I admit that I am concerned about that too. I don't want my whole identity to be spit up, cookies and soccer games. Still need a little boozed up, sexified girlie in there.

Maybe I'll get some rubber underwear for after the birth to remind me what it is to be a natural woman! Youch!

Nah. Those promote yeast infections. Go thong/G string. Guys universally love those.

Hmmmmm, good to know....

/strokes beard contemplatively

(And just because it has the word "stroke" in it, you don't have to FTFM. Thanks anyway!)

Most of us sensitive men know that a woman is going to get self-conscious when pregnant. Knowing this, I have gone out of my way to make sure Mrs. Rein feels extra special, the reward for this far outweighs the effort. Oh Yea Mama!

A guy I worked with, said he couldn't handle sex anymore really late in the pregnancy. He talked about feeling a little hand grab hold of his manhood as he was gettin busy. I still can't get the image out of my head. Freaks me out, but I am suckin' it up for the team, go me!

Very true. I had a very hard time separating Mom from Wife. My son is 2 1/2 now and I've just recently (withing the last 6 months) started feeling womanly again. Smiley: disappointed

Hopefully it won't take you that long, Tare.
