Sad is how you blindly defend Kerry against every critcism brought against him. If you have no proof to argue against a criticism, you say show me proof, if you are shown proof, you say their biased, or you just call the other names in an immature manner.

BTW FYI, you can get facts from a biased source. Just because a source that is biased presents documents doesn't mean those documents are false. Yes they have a biased purpose for flaunting this stuff all over, that doesn't make it false.

Almost forgot the recquired slander, assface.

Actually, I don't. I think there are a lot of valid critisisms of Kerry. I think he's clearly a better choice than Bush for the future of the country, and his position on issues is much more closely. I defend Kerry against spurrious critisisms that are pretty much clearly based on half truths and lies.

If someone posted "I disagree with Kerry's long term position on Medicare reform" I'd probably agree somewhat.

When people post "OMFG Kerry liorzzz about Vietnam and eats babbies!! He'll turn your son GAY!!!!" I tend to respond more forecefully.

I actually call people names in a verry mature manner. As for the other accusations, please provide a link to a post you're talking about so we can see how I argue without proof, etc.

No, it gernally means they are carefully provided out of context to attempt to foster the impression of something that's false.

Yes they have a biased purpose for flaunting this stuff all over, that doesn't make it false.

Doesn't make it true, either.

Almost forgot the recquired slander, assface.

Tounge your brother's *** with that mouth?

Considering CNN and Al Jazeera are sister networks I can think of one news source I wont be going to to formulate an opinion

Forgive me if I misterped your comparision of them with Al Jezeera as a derogatory one. I dind't realize Al Jezeera was a credible news source for you.

So, a position like: "OMG! Bush lied when he said there were WMD in Iraq! He's going to get us into another Vietnam! And reinstate the draft! And send your little itty bitty helpless children to die for a hopeless cause!!!", would be analgous, right?

Whatever you said about the brothers... eww, gross.

How do you know I'm not her type, where she at? And you didn't say anything about your wife? You married, forget that bet about who wins the election, I bet I get your wife or mom to scream my name, "your my type, your my type"

"See smashdatruth how do you like that...

So, how does it feel? Wait, for it to be on the "other" foot, you'd have to post an argument founded in facts and logic. Go do that and come back and let me know how it feels.

You reap what you sow....

All's well that ends well.

A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.

Bush is going to win the election.

Any other random cliche's you want to through out there?

I could picture my wife speaking your name as she called the ambulance to come pick you up, after she realized you'd need parental consent for medical treatment.

Screaming, though? Can't see it.

No, I mean that people who speak about such things have run out of things to talk about. I;m going to borrow a line form Clinton "Let's talk about the issues."

Eh? Smoke a lot of crack there Smash?

Are you saying you never claimed Bush lied about WMD? Or are you saying that it's not the same kind of statement as: "Kerry lied about Vietnam"?

I just find it amusing that you condemn spurious statements when they are aimed at your guy, but you feel totally free to make them over and over against the other guy.

I find it doubly amusing that I've spent the last year "defending" Bush against exactly those sort of spurious rhetorical statements (by you no less!), and here you are saying that those very kinds of statements are without real value and we should discuss "real issues" instead. Funny that. I've been saying that for the last year or two. If only you'd listened...

Kinda like being "hoist on your own petard"... ;)

I've never been one for conspiracy theories... We're still trying to find out who really killed JFK.. Could Bush be sacrificing goats to Haliburton in his secret laboratory? I suppose so, but then again I don't see Bush inviting the director of "Farenheit Lewenski" (yes i made that up) to the RNC either. If you're looking for black helicopters eventually you will see one.

Um, no it hasn't. When the UN got ahold of the "document" about Iraq trying to get uranium from Niger, it took them, I believe about 15 minutes to determine that the document was a fake.

Of course it's not the same kind of statement. One isn't true, one is a ludicrous semantic argument.

When I start arguing that Kerry unkowingly falsified records in 'Nam even though he had every available source at his disposal to not do so, you'll have a point.

Untill then you're full of bluster and hyperbole as ussual.

Learn to argue, will you, I'm embarassed for you.

Good God, you pompously belittle the intelligence of others on this thread, and treat us to this garbage?

In democracies men do not climb by themselves to power, they get there through the money and efforts of coalitions and parties that support them, and in turn they are obligated to these people. So those "labels" are important, for they tell you who your man is beholden to, and how he'll lead.

Lying the least? Cynicism does not equal intelligence.

It's sad that you're unable to distinguish between objective reporting and biased reporting.

It must simplify life greatly to be able to ignore facts and just blindly assume that what you'd preferr to be true is.

You're not alone, the flat Earth people are right there with you, brother.
