I'd make myself emperess, put into place a mandatory 2 year military service, make the death sentence more widely used, crack down on welfare abuse, upgrade all the schools, make all schools and colleges meet certain standards, make people test for their drivers liscence every year once they turn 60, crack down on big buisness' abuse and power, make the world see our views or face us blasting the hell out of them, I would master World Peace or the nation that stands against it would become one big glass parking lot.
