Pretty funny Totem. My language skills are just fine; however, what I was attempting to convey is if an individual clearly states he isn't qualified for a position, and his skill set clearly states he isn't, then why was he hired? I would assume Bush needed a figurehead for the job; however, I see this move as a poor decision, especially so close to the elections.
