A good number of those Swift Boat Veterans are decorated war heroes, what makes them any less creditable than John McCain or John Kerry?

How many have Silver Stars, DSMs or CMHs?

Few of the Swift Boat Veterans have anything factual to say. "I think Kerry would make a lousy President" is an opinion and one they're welcome to.

What I take umbrage with is the misleading use of the phrase "I served with John Kerry" when only one of the men actually served on Kerry's vessal. And the group's obvious ties to the RNC. They're intentionally misleading the public into thinking they're a non-politically affiliated group of men who physically served with Kerry. As it is their opinions aren't worth any more than that of any other Vietnam vet or really anyone for that matter.

They're more than welcome to express their opinions, but it's too bad they have to do so under a layer of deceit.

Or POW's who when given the chance to escape horrible torture STAYED with his men?

FUCK YOU and FUCK THAT. John McCain is one of the most principled men I've ever heard about.
