I agree misleading the public in order to defame and tarnish the reputation of a respectable american citizen is a travesty. This issue needs closure so that any untruths can be put to rest. Kerry must release all records pertaining to these accusations in order to aid in dismissing these unsubstantiated rumours.
Of course he doesn't. The onus isn't on the person being lied about to prove he's not lying, it's on the people perpetrating the lies to show ANY evidence that what they're saying is true.
Lol. I'm going to frame this post Smash (Ok. I'll just save a link to this thread maybe), and pull it out every time you insist it's ok to call Bush a liar because he can't prove that what people say about him isn't true. How many times now have I stated the same thing (the onus is on the person making the accusation), and you've said that you don't have to prove Bush lied, but I have to prove he didn't?
Or maybe the next time you skoff at Reps who get pissed off about f9/11 and how twisted its version of the truth is. Yeah. That works too.
It's just funny how you'll parrot about "rules of behavior" when they are in your candidates favor, but happily chortle when someone (or yourself) breaks those rules when it's against the other guy. Double standard indeed!
