Nah, admins can click on you and get a list of every single post you've made and where it's posted.

Getting your post count up is easy nowadays, skeet. Here's how:
1) Head on over to FFXI forum.
2) Find a thread that is:
-maybe funny and reply with a 'lol' or something useless like that.
-already 200+ posts, but falling down to number 50 or so on the charts and type 'bump ^_^'.
Not only can you get 1000+ posts a day doing this, but people will probably rate you up every now and then.
