Well some people might enojy Bush for his witty repartee such as this then others notice that he was simply ignoring what he was saying and get upset that he doesn't care what comes out of his mouth.
Though he probably doesn't know how to keep track of which end of himself **** is supposed to go out from so it'd probably be a good idea to stay far away from him when he needs to use the restroom since projectile ***** are definitely not a fun thing to play with.

I agree with Smash, Bush was just reading the teleprompter. You can tell because he's speaking clearly. When's it's his own words, Bush stutters and stammers like an ape, then lets loose complete non-sequiturs and non-words, like "peeance and freeance."
Looks more like a speechwriter blew it on this one, though anyone other than Monkey Boy would have read the speech before hand and caught the error.
