I usually try to drown out sickness. Drink lots and lots and lots of water and pee all day to flush it out. Probably doesn't do anything, though.

This site, although a little corny, had some helpful tips on how to get rid of a cold without using a lot or any drugs...I hope this helps :/ if not ..you may want to try vick's vapor rub..
