I certainly won't go out and say that Bush is a good public speaker (in fact I think they should tack on another billion or so to the budget to buy the man a good speech-coach), but nuclear has three accepted pronunciations in the English language:

I doubt it's a real Bush-ism, but 4 years ago when SNL spoofed the Bush/Gore election, "Bush" was rebutting "Gore" and his one word answer cracked me up: "Strategery."
