The courts do not consider what happened to be "Consensual". That is why she went to jail. It's age that matters, not willingness. Tons of male child molesters have gone to jail from encounters with "consensual" young ladies.

I agree for a 14 year old, 6 years is a big gap. But the reality is that's not uncommon. I went to an okay High School and a good college, and these things happen.
I've done it with someone almost 5 years younger and she was just 18. By then I was her 3rd guy. I didn't ask her when her 1st time was, but I do know that guy was older than me. My guess is she was 16.
