Stok, you might want to do a little more comprehensive reading. There is a lot more to the Saudi involvement than just the hijackers who came from there; it's just a point that I seem to find rather interesting. Please don't fall into the trap of selective argument. I even provided disparate links to articles discussing my claims.
Those are interesting links Debalic.
The first one was kinda in the weeds w/ all the money transfers, but I get the idea. I've never agreed w/ US ties to Saudi, or any other middle eastern country for that matter, but in order for us to survive we have to have some kind of working relationship with countries over there.
The second link was quick and to the point and makes alot of sense. Pakistan is far from perfect, but I think they're honestly doing their best to clean out as many terrorists as they can right now. They're also doing a good job of sharing information which I think resulted in the capture of more the Al Qaeda guys this week in the US and England. Pakistan captured an Al Qaeda communications guy (computer geek basically) last month and also captured one of the terrorists responsible for the embassy bombings in Africa. I doubt they're running themselves ragged out of the kindness of their hearts, but I think that whatever is motivating them is necessary right now.
