All charges have been dropped.

Mui bueno!

Tell your hermano to call the cops next time, though.

To make a long story short, I don't take any responsibility for anything I post here. It's not news, it's not truth, it's not serious. It's parody. It's satire. It's bitter. It's angsty. Your mother's a *****. You like to jack off dogs. That's right, you heard me. You like to grab that dog by the bone and rub it like a ski pole. Your dad? Gay. Your priest? Straight. **** off and let me post. It's not true, it's all in good fun. Now go away.

Im sure your bro is not guilty and such and hope you the best but i would just like to ask a couple of things from the "His story, I.E. the Eeeevil racist sociopath’s story:"

1. First, are you positive there was no prior contact? They obviously knew him, and that he worked at the liquor store. They also knew he worked that day.

2.
Quote:
At 8pm on the night of the incident he was riding home from work on his bike and passed three Hispanic men (re: known gang members) getting out of a car. He passed them and proceeded down the street. At this point they ran nearly 150 yards to get up behind him and because he was unaware of their approach and so was not traveling much faster than an average run,

a)First a 150 yard dash after a guy on a bike that is travelling at average running speed would be a feat in itself let alone when your **** drunk.

b)Next if you do have 3 men running full speed at you for 150 yards+, how do you not hear them?

c)Why not just get in the car and chase guy?

3. He got attacked around 8pm, and when the attack was finished he "badly hurt got back on his bike and rode it home as fast as he could." So lets say he was home as late as 9pm or 9:30pm. So at he then creeps into home at 9pm~ish as to not wake your parents who are seemingly early sleepers, but he puts the laundry on which i dunno in my place is kinda loud.

4.He gets home, neglects to phone police, doesnt talk to anyone, gets rid of evidence (bloody clothes), and cleans himself up.

5.He then lies to family members about what happened.

Not saying hes guilty or anything like that, and im not attacking him but that is a lot of holes in the story if you ask me.

I would assume they started chasing hin as soon as he went by them, it just took that long for them to catch up to him. Remember this is all second and third hand knowledge, he may well have been riding a bit slower.

If it makes you feel any better one of the more stupider things one of the victims claimed, then changed his mind on was that my brother circled the guy he was supossed to have stabbed on his bike several times while swinging his knife and hitting him... while the other two calmly watched him do so.

Stop for a moment and imagine that: A guy, on a bike, is swinging and conecting with a two inch knife while riding in tight circles around another guy who, I guess is just standing there and taking it.

b)Next if you do have 3 men running full speed at you for 150 yards+, how do you not hear them?

It's dark, your mind is on other things, you are thinking about dinner, relaxing, watching some T.V. It's not that hard to not hear something you don't expect. They knew he was on a bike and they were on foot it was not as if they were going to start yelling things at him as they ran up to him unless they only wanted to scare him off.

c)Why not just get in the car and chase guy?

I would assume they didn't expect they had to run so far to catch him.

My parants go to bed between 8 and 9pm and get up at 4:30-5am. What is so hard to believe about that? The washer and dryer are quit and on the otherside of the house. Maybe you need to buy a new washer and dryer.

4.He gets home, neglects to phone police, doesnt talk to anyone, gets rid of evidence (bloody clothes), and cleans himself up.
Denial, it's how he deals with ****.

5. He then lies to family members about what happened.
again denial

Second or third hand information tends to do that when you split hairs. Trust me when I say the the whole series of events leading up to his arrest and the events following were ludicrious. It was an Assistant D.A. looking for a juicy conviction on attempted murder and hate crimes.
