"The man turned and asked the officer why he was making them leave and the cop just maced him in the face," Gray said. "They weren't yelling or touching him. The man bent over and the girl asked why he maced her boyfriend. Then the cop maced her, and she dropped her soda."

Didnt they know? Asking why your friend/family/loved one was maced is a sure way to get maced. They were asking for it.

Where I do agree that people who talk on cellphones in the middle of a movie deserve to be beaten, maimed, tortured, set on fire, and force to watch the last episode of "Full House." I mean c'mon? Macing them? That's a bit too far, true she should have taken her cell to the lobby and continued the conversation there, but that's no reason to mace someone.

There are times when Gestapo doesn't seem so bad after all.....

Frankly, I'd have applauded the cop. Beat the **** out of all cellphone users in theaters.

I can't believe all of you that think they deserved this. First of all it was at the openning credits, secondly the cop over reacted and should be severly punished for his abuse of the power given to him.

This is exactly why I will never live in the USA, sh*t like this happens down there all the time and the populous either just ignore it or say they had it coming.

And what if something of this nature happened to anyone of you??

edit: added question

Not mace, pepper spray. Pepper spray's nothing. I use pepper spray to wake up in the morning.

To make a long story short, I don't take any responsibility for anything I post here. It's not news, it's not truth, it's not serious. It's parody. It's satire. It's bitter. It's angsty. Your mother's a *****. You like to jack off dogs. That's right, you heard me. You like to grab that dog by the bone and rub it like a ski pole. Your dad? Gay. Your priest? Straight. **** off and let me post. It's not true, it's all in good fun. Now go away.

Could have been funny if the couple where part of a bunch of students watching the movie where everyone (including any tutor who was part of the group I guess) would have been maced if he asked why the last one got a dose.

According to most posters logic macing 20-30 people for one cell phone call would be perfectly ok.....

They give this **** to meter men to use on dogs.

My cousin had this ****** job for about a year. Do you have any idea how many dogs sit around their back yards with raging hardons, just dreaming of the moment some unsuspecting soul wanders into their territory?

Typically, a good dose will turn a dog off on biting anything other thqan some grass...for about 15-20 minutes. Some dogs learn the lesson after one episode. Others are, well, less inclined to believe that it could happen to them again. So it does.

No lasting harm is caused, even if you get some in the mouth or eyes. It's far from pleasant, but that's the intended effect.

Personally, I've never dosed anything or anyone with pepper spray. I don't even have any. I've got a Drodz BB gun instead. If that should fail, there's always rock salt and the trusty 12 guage.

Reminds me of "The Big Easy" where John Goodman after taking of an ************* wps from every corner of this clothes replies to the cynical question what he'll do if that turns out to be insufficient: "Then I'll gonna [b]**** on them!" :D

Good for the cop. To bad he didn't use a taser. I think that would have taught them a lesson. Maybe next time he should just beat them to death with his night stick. Maybe he could knee cap them and let them scream for a couple of minutes before he maced them. Of course a mace works pretty well, when you want to bash somone's head in. Considering the movie they were about to watch, that was probably the most action any of the witnesses got see in the theatre. ~sarcastic grin~

I dont think he used the same kind of mace that clerics and SKs do....

I know, I was being a smart*ss. Although, if cops did start using them, they would really get people's attention fast. ~grin~

Another reason why Florida is and always will the ******* of America.

Too many cops + too little crime + a dash of racism = The incident described in that article.

The pepper spray was a bit over board. I will say that pepper spray is some of the worst stuff that you can get sprayed with.

<---- The voice of experience. Nasty **** when sprayed full face.

I'll take pepper spray over a cup of urine any day. Yes, I know. Some of you PAY to get that cup of urine, but that's just not my cup of tee-tee.
