The Governator,

"If they don't have the guts to come up here in front of you and say, 'I don't want to represent you, I want to represent those special interests, the unions, the trial lawyers ... if they don't have the guts, I call them girlie men," Schwarzenegger said to the cheering crowd at a mall food court in Ontario.

Hell Yeah!

Arnie must be running out of Terminator quotes to dive into the Hans & Franz barrel. That wasn't even really his gig except for the cardboard cutout and a guest shot.

I guess in another month, he'll be quoting from Red Sonja, Twins and Kindergarten Cop Smiley: frown

You have to admit it's much better than the traditional political bullsh*t rhetoric.

Maybe Arnie can get the little kid from Kindergarten Cop to come explain his position on gay marriage.

"Boys have a ***** and girls have a ******!"

Probably won't be as funny coming from a 15 year old.

Actually it is just more 'traditional political bullsh*t rhetoric,' the only thing he did was add the phrase 'girly men' to the end of it.

Actually I already heard a story on some democrats demanding an apology for that comment.

Thankfully, Arnold doesn't bow down to ******** requests like that.

Are you speaking as a member of the party that cried and stomped its feet when it heard that Whoopi Goldberg made naughty remarks about the President and demanded a copy of the tape and a full apology?

Just wondering.

Well that's good news at least Smiley: wink

Personally, I agree that both cases were silly and both parties spend too much time demanding apologies over what the other says just so they can get all righteous when the "offending" party refuses.

He probably thinks it's part of the U.S.

or

Maybe, he's trying to find John Connor and keep SkyNet from becoming sentient.

or

Becoming the King of Mercia by killing a demon summoned by a barbarian priest.

or...

As a Californian who did NOT vote for Arnold, I do applaud his refusal to apologize for telling it like it is. All he did was call the legislators wimps for not acknowledging they were cow-towing (sp?) to special interests.

Homophobic? Not close
Sexist? OK, but in the lightest sense of the word.
Made his point? You bet!

Arnold didn't demand an apology when the Hans and Frans SNL skit was going on.

Get a life!

Only people he might offend is actual girly-men.
(and if someone admits they are an actual girly man and got offended I say go ahead and apologize to them and the girly man community) =)

It's just another example of one group blowing something totally out of proportion for media attention. They are just trying anything they can to demonize him.

Personally, I like allot of Arnolds views, and I like the idea that he doesn't appear to be driven by money from special interests. I suppose being rich and successful has that effect on a person.

It's a freedom of speech thing. He used the term to add color to his speech. Calling him homophobic because of that comment would seem far more offensive to me than what he said in that speech.

I heard this speach this morning. I hate the Dems up in Sacromento. I would have liked it better if Arnie raised his broad sword and we chased the 2.5 million illegal aliens into the sea. lol
