Foster said the helicopter wasn't in the air more than 20 seconds and crashed about 1,000 yards off the highway.

That is pretty bad. I cant wait for the investigation on this one. The guy probably didnt even know how to fly a helicopter.

That's what happens when you fuel the thing with too high a grade of moonshine.

I don't know how many times I'm gonna have to show em how to do it right.....

First off, I knew that guy. Second, there was no alcohol involved. Third, by the description given by witnesses it was the sound of the turbine fans bursting throught the engine casing. Fourth, it sucks to autorotate in the trees no matter how good you are.

So kiss my little brown starfish and start eating ****. He was a good guy.

Yeah, no problem, guys. The helicopter community is pretty small, so any death is likely to be someone we've all known or met at some point. It'd be kinda like laughing at mongloid children dying, and being insenitively oblivious to Krog's and TexasJedi's handicap. It just wouldn't be right.

Due to the seriousness of this, I'm going to tone down my posting, you know, pretending it was anything good to begin with.
