Ok so you're a small country, and you've got some humanitarian workers in Iraq. You're obviously there in a more ceremonial fashion, a show of support. One of your men is captured, and held for pretty much ransome. Is this the proper response?

Not exactly.

Seems to me that's a pretty big victory for these "terrorists"
And a huge step backwards for the Phillipines.
